To log in to the Data Hub application, perform the following steps:
Navigate to radx-hub.nih.gov/home
Click the “Login” button in the top right corner. You will be taken to a page where you will have to accept to the terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox and the “Sign In” button.
You will be taken to a login page where you will be prompted to enter your NIH username and password. You can use your NIH credentials to sign in or, if you don’t already have an NIH account, you can use an existing Login.gov account or create a new one. The options available to log in may be different than the options shown below.
Once you have successfully created your account credentials, you must reach out to the COVID RADx Data Hub team to be granted access to the Data Hub. To contact the Data Hub team, scroll down to the footer and select the “Contact” link. This will open up a form titled “Support Request”. In the form fill out the required fields and include in your message the RADx Program that you wish to be associated with. Please also include the request for sFTP access if you wish to use sFTP for data file uploads.
After you have been granted access, return to the Sign In page and select “Login.gov”. Provide your account credentials to sign in to the Data Hub.
Enter the User Name and Password and click the “Sign in” button.
